Electric motorcycle won't power up or charge: 12V battery and contactor

Symptoms
- Dash dark or bike won't go into ready mode
- Charger connects but won't charge
- Clicks without powering up
Why it happens
The small 12V system wakes the main pack and closes the contactor. A flat 12V battery or DC-DC fault, a tripped kill switch or side stand switch, or a charger fault all stop it.
How to fix it
- Check kill switch, side stand and key.
- Check the 12V supply voltage.
- Read fault codes on the dash or app.
- Try a different outlet and inspect the charge port for damage.
- Follow the manual's high-voltage safety steps before touching pack wiring.
