Honda TRX leaking oil at the differential seals

Symptoms
- Oil on the inside of a wheel or axle
- Milky diff oil after water crossings
- Clunking from the front end
Why it happens
Mud and water wear the axle and pinion seals, and a blocked vent hose pushes oil out past them.
How to fix it
- Find the leak and check the diff vent hose is clear.
- Drain the diff and check for water (milky oil).
- Remove the axle and replace the seal.
- Refill with the oil type and amount the manual specifies.
