Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Digital product policy

Because our manuals are delivered as digital downloads, there is no physical product to return. Once a refund is issued, access to the digital file is no longer authorized for use, and any continued use of the manual after a refund violates our Terms of Service.
