Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by DAL Service Manuals are digital downloads delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

How delivery works

After your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your purchased manual. The download link is also available in your account dashboard if you created an account during checkout.

Delivery time: Immediate. Most customers receive their download link within seconds of completing checkout.

If you do not see your delivery email

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. The email is sent from our automated order system and occasionally gets filtered. If you still cannot locate your download link 30 minutes after purchase, contact us at contact@dalmanuals.com with your order number and we will resend it immediately.

Download instructions

Click the secure download link in your email to save the manual to your device. Manuals are delivered as PDF files compatible with all major operating systems and PDF readers, including mobile devices.

International customers

Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs, customs fees, or delivery delays regardless of your location. We serve customers worldwide.
